CMSB and subsidiaries is fully independent specializing in Oil and Gas Maritime HSE and operational consultancy and Pilotage services. Its strength lies with its Managing Director Captain Hj Embran Hj Momin who is fully conversant with the technical and operational skills required in today’s offshore and marine environment. His qualifications coupled with his knowledge and experience in relation to national marine policy and regulatory functions enabling CMSB offer a complete range of integrated services which center’s around the movement of offshore transportation and the maritime industry in general. 

CMSB and subsidiaries is established solely for Pilotage and Port services. This is to cater for the demand of pilotage services with new pilotage areas identified by the Maritime and Port Authority Brunei Darussalam.

CMSB provide opportunities for all operators in the oil and gas industry including port services that require marine support in Brunei Darussalam. These services which can be provided by CMSB include pilotage, Loading Master, rig movement, vessel inspections. The scope of marine consultancy services provided would also include all other marine related activities training, HSE documentations and supply of competent vessel Officers and crew.

CMSB had already, through its experience and networking formed close associations with internationally recognized maritime companies. This is evident with their association with KASI (M) Sdn. Bhd, a recognized simulator training company approved by the Maritime and Port Authority Brunei Darussalam.
